I still have comic books on the brain as I was reviewing the chatter about last night’s Costume Institute gala and images of my favorite childhood superhero, Wonder Woman, keep popping up in my mind. She had magic jewelry for pete’s sake! So, as an homage to Wonder Woman, I am highlighting this cuff by Herve van der Straeten. What I like about it is that it is not your typical cuff which is usually solid and chunky. This one is light and airy and has a mod chicness with the cutouts. But, made of gold-plated brass, there’s nothing flimsy about it. It may not repel bullets like Wonder Woman’s, but it will look pretty and stylish and unique all summer long and really, can one expect more from a bracelet?
